Created in 2014 by Nicole Sulu, a Congolese businesswoman, it has set itself the goal of participating in the reclaiming by nationals of the Congolese economy. It proceeds via a "renewed, trust-based" dialogue between national, local and diaspora business leaders, on the one hand, and national economic actors, public international donors and foreign investors, on the other hand.
